Instructions

  1. Pear the fennel seeds in a mortar just before preparing the tea. Pour 1 1/2 liters of boiling water over all ingredients, put the lid on and let it stand for 10 minutes. Let the condensation water (= essential oils) drip back into the jug. Sieving. If necessary, refine with a little honey or lemon, depending on your taste. Immediately fill the thermos with hot water to take away.
  2. Does good, in summer as in winter, suitable for outdoor activities.
  3. I got the recipe from the grandmother of a school friend; she knew what was good.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
