Ingredients
- 1 bottle vodka, or good grain brandy
- 2 stalks lovage, young shoots as long as the bottle
- 100 g rock candy, white

- Put all ingredients together in a sealable jar and let it steep for 4-5 days in a dark place. Stir or shake every now and then so that the rock candy dissolves.
- Now remove the stems and pour the liqueur through a cloth and pour it into a clean bottle. Let rest in a dark place for another 4 weeks.
- If the liqueur is not sweet enough for you, you can give in a little rock candy without hesitation.
- The liqueur has a digestive and stomach-calming effect after a large meal.
