Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, boiled short macaroni
  • 100 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 250 g chicken breast in strips, frozen or fresh
  • Cheddar cheese for gratin
  • some salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente and set aside. Dab the washed chicken breast and cut into strips (alternatively, ready-made chicken breast strips from the freezer can be used). Fry the meat until golden brown and add the cream. Then add the processed cheese and let it melt while stirring. Bring to the boil briefly and add the drained corn. Season with a little salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and add the macaroni. Mix everything together and place in a baking dish. Scatter the cheddar over the pasta and bake the dish at approx. 180 ° C until the cheese has melted nicely and is slightly brown.
