  • 2 cups processed cheese with herbs
  • 140 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni, rinse with cold water. Cut the onions into small cubes and fry them in margarine or oil, add the minced meat and fry them as well. Season with salt and pepper! Prepare a sauce from the whipped cream and processed herb cheese and season with nutmeg. Salt and pepper as needed. Put the macaroni and minced meat in a fire-proof dish in layers, starting with the macaroni. Pour the cheese cream sauce over it and finally sprinkle the grated cheese over it. Bake the macaroni casserole in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (gas: 3) for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
