  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix all ingredients (including the egg yolks) well and fold in the egg whites carefully.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased tin and bake for about 30 minutes, until the cake is light to medium brown. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
