Ingredients

  • 500 g pork tenderloin (s) cut into strips
  • 2 onion (s) sliced
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Pepper, black
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into fine strips
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 5 tablespoon schnapps (Maltese)
  • 1 small Can (s) peas, drained very finely
  • Cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, paprika powder, pepper and flour well; Roll meat in it; Heat the oil and fry the meat well in it; Take the pan off the heat and flambé with Maltese (caution! A jet of flame possible).
  2. Steam the onion rings in a little oil until translucent; Add the meat, peas, paprika strips and a little salt; Whisk the cream with sugar and stir in; let simmer briefly; season with salt.
  3. Side dishes: croquettes or hash browns
  4. You can possibly also add mushrooms.
