- 250 g quark
- 500 g natural yourt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 banana (s)
- 1 can tangerine (s)

- Put the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Drain the mandarins, collect the juice. Add the quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar and the tangerines.
- Stir and refrigerate before serving.
- If the consistency is too thick, then dilute it slightly with the juice of the mandarins.
