Ingredients

  • 175 g mandarine (s) (can)
  • 150 g suar (fine white rock candy)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml rum, whiter
  • 1 lime (s), grated zest and juice

Instructions

  1. Puree the mandarins. Fill a sealable container with the juice with rock candy, rum vanilla sugar, lime zest and juice. Let it steep for 3-4 days, occasionally shaking it gently so that the rock candy dissolves and spreads completely.
  2. Finally, sieve the liqueur and pour it into a bottle (approx. 600 ml content) (which is a decorative gift).
