Ingredients

  • 225 g dark chocolate
  • 225 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 350 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 70 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. First melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Stir occasionally. Then whip the cream until it is almost stiff and put it in the refrigerator. Now beat the egg with the honey until frothy. Next, take the cold cream out of the refrigerator and gradually fold in the liquid chocolate. Now carefully fold in the foamy egg-honey mixture and finally stir in the amaretto. Chill the finished mass for at least 4 hours (better overnight) until the mousse has set.
