Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), ripe, diced
  • 40 g suar, brown
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ small chilli pepper (s), (chopped)
  • 3 carnation (s)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cardamom
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 tablespoon apple juice

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and simmer on the lowest heat without a lid for 40 minutes. Stir more often.
  2. Remove the cloves and fill into a screw-top jar and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  3. Keeps cool for 1 week!
