  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices Emmental or cheese your choice
  • 4 slices chicken breast
  • 40 g cream cheese
  • some mango chutney
  • 8 slices cucumber (s)
  • 1 half tomato (s)

Sandwich with Mango Chutney

Instructions

  1. Place two slices of bread next to each other. Brush one half generously with cream cheese, the other half with mango chutney. Now cover the sides with the mango chutney with cheese and chicken breast, cut the cucumber and tomato into slices and place on the sandwich. Fold everything up, cut in the middle and enjoy a super delicious sandwich / breakfast / snack / quick dinner.
