Ingredients
- 250 g spinach leaves, fresh (baby spinach)
- 1 mango (s)
- 0.5 ½ pack pine nuts
- 0.5 ½ pack feta cheese
- some parmesan (Grana Padano)
- some crema di balsamic vinegar
- some balsamic vinegar

- Wash and clean the baby spinach. Roast the pine nuts in a pan over medium heat without fat.
- Peel the mango and cut into small, irregular pieces. Also cut half the pack of feta cheese into irregular pieces and mix everything with the spinach. Mix in a little balsamic vinegar.
- Arrange the salad on a plate and garnish with the pine nuts, some grated Grana Padano and crema di balsamico and serve.
