Ingredients

  • 500 ml juice (mango juice)
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g suar (brown suar also possible)
  • 300 ml schnapps (double grain)

Instructions

  1. First bring the water to a boil. Add the sugar and cook for 1 minute until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool down.
  2. In the meantime, prepare a nice, decorative bottle that has been rinsed with boiling water beforehand. Put the mango juice in there, add the sugar solution and finally the double grain. Mix well and put in the refrigerator.
  3. Makes about 1 liter of liqueur, which should be kept in the refrigerator. Also delicious as a mix base or over ice.
  4. The Indian around the corner has this delicious, refreshing liqueur at the end of every meal - now you can make this drink yourself very quickly.
