Mannik with Coconut

Mannik on sour cream. The recipe for a delicious semolina pie with the addition of coconut flakes.

Ingredients

  • Semolina – 1 glass
  • Coconut flakes – 0.5 cups
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Flour – 0.75 cups
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar – for decoration
  • Berries – for decoration (optional)
  • Butter – for greasing the mold

Directions

  1. Mix semolina with coconut.
  2. Add sour cream.
  3. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix eggs with sugar. Beat with a mixer.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the semolina.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Sift flour and baking powder into the dough. Stir again until smooth.
  8. Turn on the oven. Grease the form with butter. Pour the dough into the mold.
  9. Bake the manna in sour cream at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Remove the finished manna from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Decorate with berries. Mannik on sour cream is ready, you can serve. Bon Appetit!
