- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 300 g suar
- 5 egg (s)
- 230 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 ribs chocolate, (children`s chocolate) à 21 g

- All ingredients should be at room temperature, so leave them in the kitchen approx. 2 hours beforehand. Preheat the oven to 180 ° (top / bottom heat) and grease the pan well. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Mix the softened butter with the peanut butter and sugar until frothy, then stir in the eggs one after the other. Now quickly fold in the flour mixture and buttermilk alternately until the flour has disappeared. Divide the dough. Fold in the cocoa powder in one half and the chocolate in the other half. Alternately fill both doughs into the mold and stir patterns into the dough with a fork. Then bake in the oven and on the middle rack for 50-60 minutes. If the cake threatens to get too dark during baking, put a piece of baking paper on top of it towards the end of the baking time. After baking, let the cake cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes, then turn it out onto a rack.
