Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 180 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 320 g flour
  • 80 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 170 ml orange juice, (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 oranges, grated peel
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • Chocolate icing

Instructions

  1. Combine the soft butter with sugar, add the eggs and stir until frothy. Add the flour, starch, orange peel and juice mixed with baking powder and stir well.
  2. Halve the dough, stir in the rum and cocoa in one half,
  3. Pour the light dough into a prepared baking tin, spread the dark dough over it and pull it through in a spiral shape with a fork.
  4. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 160 ° hot air for approx. 45-50 minutes (stick test).
  5. Cover the cooled haf with chocolate glaze.
