  • 200 g marzipan (raw mixture)
  • 6 tablespoon amaretto
  • 80 g suar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Put paper liners in a muffin tin.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Add the softened butter, flour, baking powder, cornstarch, salt and 4 tablespoons of amaretto and mix well. Now cut the marzipan (with a dampened knife) into small pieces and fold into the dough. Pour the dough evenly into the molds.
  3. Bake in the hot oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Now mix 50 g of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of amaretto. Pour this topping over the muffins and let them set.
