Ingredients

  • 200 g butter, room temperature
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 50 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g ranulated suar

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the marzipan or dice it finely and mix it with the butter, the powdered sugar and the pulp of the vanilla stick to a smooth mass. Knead in the flour and shape everything into two rolls with a diameter of approx. 3 cm.
  2. Wrap this in foil and let it set in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Whisk the egg. Remove the foil from the rolls, then brush them with the egg and roll in the sugar. Cut into 1 / 2cm thick slices and bake them for 8-10 minutes until light brown. Allow to cool on a grill.
