Ingredients

  • 125 g clarified butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

  1. Mix the clarified butter, sugar and salt until foamy, then add the milk and flour and knead everything with the dough hook until smooth. Finely chop the cranberries and knead into the dough.
  2. Shape the dough into 3 cm thick rolls, wrap in cling film and freeze in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Cut the dough rolls into 0.5 cm thick slices and bake for 10 minutes on a baking sheet at 160 ° C (electric oven 180 ° C). Then let it cool down.
  4. Tip: Prepare rolls of dough in advance. Then freeze these and bake freshly cut into slices if necessary.
  5. Makes 55 cookies of approx. 45 Kcal each.
