Ingredients

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl amaretto
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 4 sheets gelatin, white
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Crumble the marzipan and mix with the egg yolk, vanilla sugar and amaretto. Stir in the creme fraiche. Soak the gelatine, dissolve it and add to the marzipan mixture while stirring.
  2. Let it set in the refrigerator and fold in the whipped cream. Let cool for at least two hours.
  3. Arrange in the shape of a cam. I like to serve tied cherries that have been seasoned with amaretto and a little cinnamon.
