Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (e.. penne)
  • Salt water
  • 3 zucchini
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 lime (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. At the same time, cut the zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces and fry them briefly in the pan with olive oil (the vegetables should remain crisp).
  2. Season everything and add the tomato paste and garlic (pressed). Stir in the mascarpone and drizzle the juice of the lime over it. Add the pasta and mix everything together.
