Ingredients
- 400 g potato (s)
- a bit salt
- 20 g butter
- 10 g chives arlic
- 80 ml milk, more or less, as needed
- 1 pinch grill spice

- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into large cubes. Bring to the boil in salted water and
- Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Wash and chop the garlic chives.
- When the potatoes are cooked, drain them, let them evaporate briefly and then mash them with butter, chives, barbecue spices and milk. Possibly use a little more or less milk, depending on how creamy you like the mashed potatoes and what type of potato you have. I mainly use waxy potatoes.
- Goes very well with meatballs, bratwurst or schnitzel. We`ll have a salad with it.
