Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 large potatoes, floury cooking
- 1 small onion (s)
- fat, for frying
- 2 teaspoons mustard, hotter
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- Pepper, fresh from the mill

- Peel and finely chop the onions and brown in the pan. Peel sweet potatoes and potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes, then mash.
- Add the butter, browned onions, garlic and mustard and mix well until the butter has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- I like to make the puree with turkey breast from the römertopf.
