  • 8 herring fillet (s)
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)

For the dressing:

  • 1 apple
  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 500 ml Sylter Style dressing
  • Herbs, fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions, cut into thin slices and set aside.
  2. For the dressing:
  3. Wash the apple, cut into small cubes and mix with the yogurt and dressing in a bowl. Add the herbs of your choice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Tip:
  5. If you like, you can also add sour cucumber, I don`t like that very much.
  6. Cook the jacket potatoes.
  7. Arrange herring and jacket potatoes on plates. Pour the dressing and spring onions over herring and potatoes and let it taste good.
  8. A cool blonde goes best with this!
