Ingredients

  • 12 Maultaschen from the refrigerated counter
  • 3 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • 1 cup cream, 200 g, or Cremefine
  • 1 packet tomatoes, strained or bottle tomato sauce, approx. 500 g
  • 2 teaspoons, topped pizza spice, alternatively oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the Maultaschen steep in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, drain well and place in a baking dish. Place a thick slice of tomato and a thick slice of mozzarella between each dumpling.
  2. Mix the cream with the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning, pour over the dumplings, bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
  3. A fresh green salad tastes good with it.
