Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 bags salad herbs to mix
  • 8 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 4 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Cut the dumplings into slices and fry them in a little oil so that they get a light brown. Then set aside.
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms or drain the mushrooms from the glass. Cut the onion into half rings. Fry both together. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into cubes, add to the pan and sauté gently. Add the corn, then turn off the stove.
  3. Clean the romaine lettuce and add the dressing. Please do not mix the dressing according to the instructions on the bag, but with 8 tablespoons of oil and 4 tablespoons of water.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients together and enjoy.
  5. If the salad is on the side, I take a packet of Maultaschen. If we eat it as a main course with just a little bread, we add 2 packs of Maultaschen to the salad.
