Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 18 dumplings
  • 600 g cream
  • 300 g processed cheese
  • 0.5 ½ pot basil
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry, cut into small strips and season with salt and pepper. Fry the meat with oil in a pan until it is through. Keep the fried chicken fillet warm and set aside. Cut the dumplings into small strips and fry them in a pan with oil. Put the fried dumplings aside as well.
  2. Wash the basil and the cherry tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and prepare them. Bring the cream to the boil in a saucepan and stir in the processed cheese. Add the basil and then season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomatoes as well. Stir in the reserved ravioli and chicken fillets and let the dish simmer for about 5 minutes, then serve.
