Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 40 g powdered suar
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), from which the pulp
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 grams flour

For the filling:

  • 125 g butter, room temperature
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g almond (s), peeled, finely rated
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest and (to taste) juice
  • 20 g flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. For the filling, whip the butter and powdered sugar creamy, stir in the eggs one by one (approx. 1 minute per egg). Add the remaining ingredients spoon by spoon and stir in.
  3. Put the dough in a springform pan and make a 1 cm high edge. Put the filling on the dough and smooth it out.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45-55 minutes until light brown. Let cool a little and remove from the mold.
  5. Can be served with coffee, but also tastes very good as a dessert with fresh fruits (e.g. peach, nectarine, plum). In any case, fresh whipped cream goes well with it!
