Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 500 g
  • Rice – 1 glass
  • Chickenegg – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – how much will it take

Directions

  1. Rice, wash and boil until tender. Mix rice and minced meat. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and add the chicken egg. Mix everything well.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, pour 5-6 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Make cutlets from minced meat, put in a pan and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Fold the cutlets into a cauldron.
