Meat Salad with Nuts

A simple and hearty puff salad with pork that will appeal to the male half of your guests!

Ingredients

Directions
We will prepare all the products according to the list for the pork and nuts salad recipe.
Boil the pork in 500 ml of boiling salted water for 25 minutes. Cool the finished pork and cut into small cubes.
Put the pork in a salad bowl in the first layer and brush the top of the layer with a little mayonnaise.
Pickled cucumbers on a medium grater.
Pass the garlic clove through a press and mix the garlic with the grated cucumbers.
We spread the cucumbers with garlic in the second layer in a salad bowl.
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes, cool, peel them. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
Spread the eggs in a third layer and coat the layer with mayonnaise.
Crush walnuts in a mortar.
Sprinkle the meat salad with crushed nuts.
Decorate the puff salad with parsley leaves.
