Ingredients

  • 2 pear (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon thick juice (pear syrup)
  • 60 g walnuts, halves
  • 0.5 ½ head frize salad
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 250 g camembert (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and core the pears, drizzle with lemon juice. Sauté in pear syrup for 1 minute on each side and remove. Reduce the syrup like a syrup, turn the nuts in it.
