Ingredients

  • 200 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • some oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon peanut cream
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 teaspoon oil (sesame oil)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Meat Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips approx. 7 cm long and marinate in the marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice, rice wine, starch, salt and sugar for approx. Put the meat on wooden skewers.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the skewers until they have turned a nice brown color.
  3. Mix the soy sauce, curry powder, peanut cream, salt, sugar, sesame oil, water and starch together and set aside.
  4. Chop the garlic, ginger and chilli pepper, fry in hot oil and deglaze with the rice wine.
  5. Put the previously mixed ingredients into the wok and cook the sauce for approx. 3-5 min.
  6. Arrange the skewers on a platter, pour the hot sauce over them and serve immediately hot.
  7. As a decor, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes look pretty nice on the plate.
