Ingredients

  • 1 can peanuts, salted
  • 300 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 bottle sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Oil (sunflower oil or sesame oil)
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers so that the meat does not stick. Cut the meat into thin slices (if you have a loving butcher, just ask there).
  2. Make a marinade from a cup of soy sauce and the honey and marinate the meat strips in it for about an hour. In the meantime, puree the peanuts with a good dash of sweet chilli sauce with the magic wand. Finally add the creme fraiche and mix vigorously (if the sauce is too thick, simply stir with milk until smooth).
  3. Then place the strips of meat on the skewers in a wave shape. Let the oil get hot in a pan, fry the skewers vigorously on both sides. Then drain and serve with the peanut sauce.
