Meat with Potatoes and Tomatoes

Very easy to prepare casserole for dinner, it takes a minimum of your time. At the same time, it is a very satisfying dish, with an ideal combination of potatoes, tomatoes and meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 200 g
  • Potatoes – 2 small
  • Tomato – 1 large
  • Onion – 1 medium
  • Hard cheese – 50-70 g
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes, tomatoes and potatoes into slices, chop the onion, cut the cheese into slices or grate.
  2. Grease the bottom of the form with mayonnaise (the form can be pre-covered with foil). Put the meat in a mold, lightly salt (taking into account the salinity of the mayonnaise and cheese). Put the onion on the meat. Next is a layer of potatoes. Salt a little too. Put cheese on potatoes. Top – tomatoes. You can add a little more salt to taste and lightly grease with mayonnaise. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
