Delicious and bright minced meatloaf with vegetables, baked in the oven.

Ingredients
Minced meat (pork and beef) – 500 g
Frozen green peas – 80 g
Canned corn – 80 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Bread crumbs – 40 g
Dried garlic – 1 teaspoon
Dried spicy herbs (optional) – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Dice the onions and carrots. Fry the onions and carrots in a little vegetable oil until light golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour frozen green peas into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Add salt and spices to the minced pork and beef, mix well. Then add the egg and bread crumbs and stir.
Add peas and canned corn to the minced meat. Add sauteed onions and carrots.
Mix the minced meat well with vegetables. Put the minced meat with vegetables on 2 layers of foil and shape it into a loaf. Wrap the minced meat tightly in foil.
Put the minced meat in foil in a suitable baking dish or simply on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the meatloaf with vegetables for 40-45 minutes.
Remove the prepared meat casserole from the oven and leave it in the foil for another 10 minutes. Then unfold the foil, cut the meatloaf, and serve.
