Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, (mainly waxy)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • herbs Provence
  • 1 bunch basil, (fresh)
  • 150 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until done, let them cool down (leave the skin on). Cut the garlic into very fine cubes, finely chop the basil. Also process onions into fine cubes (brunoise)
  2. Put the olive oil in a bowl, stir in the garlic, onions and herbs. (The Herbs of Provence carefully dose, have a very strong aroma and should be used in small quantities). Add breadcrumbs.
  3. Cut lamellas into the potato with a knife so that a fan-like shape can be seen. Spread the marinade on top and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Herbal quark and a colorful salad are recommended as a side dish. (possibly farmer`s salad)
