Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the potatoes and use a sharp knife to make cuts of about 2 mm through 2/3 of the potato. (If you hold the knife at an angle and cut so that only the tip touches down, it goes pretty smoothly and easily.)
  2. Place parchment paper or baking foil on the oven rack and distribute the potatoes on the rack. Salt and brush with half of the herb butter. Put in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  3. Then brush with the rest of the herb butter and bake for another 30 minutes. Shortly before the end (depending on the oven), add a little grill heat so that the potatoes get a nice color.
  4. Goes perfectly with everything grilled and pan-fried! Also tastes great with all kinds of dips and dressings.
