Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel, (diced)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 90 g olives, black
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • Rosemary and thyme, (fresh or dried)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown, season with salt and pepper and remove.
  2. Roughly dice the onions and fry them in the oil until translucent. Add mushrooms and herbs. Fry the roughly diced zucchini for approx. 3 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and possibly herbs. Add the meat and olives. Stir in 200 ml of water and stock. Bring everything to the boil and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Stir in the creme fraiche and season to taste again.
