Ingredients

  • 8 large meringues, from the confectioner, or bake yourself
  • 1 liter whipped cream
  • 200 g chocolate, bitter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 100 g brittle

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream very stiff. Crumble the meringue and fold in. Grate the dark chocolate and stir in with the egg yolk, rum and brittle. Place in a rectangular container so that you can cut into slices to serve.
  2. Place in the freezer for several hours.
