- 1 pumpkin (se) (spaghetti squash)
- some butter
- a bit salt
- some pepper

- Halve a spaghetti squash and remove the seeds. Place half the spaghetti squash, cut side down, on a microwaveable plate. Also put a few drops of water on the plate. Heat in the microwave for about 5 minutes at about 800 watts per pound of pumpkin weight. Then let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
- Scrape out the pumpkin flesh with a fork (the pumpkin is done if this is very easy - if the meat is still too firm, put it in the microwave again and cook). The spaghetti threads are created by themselves. Season the pumpkin spaghetti with a few flakes of butter, salt and pepper and serve.
- We like spaghetti pumpkin best as an accompaniment to grilled meat. But there are no limits to your imagination. You can also enjoy the pumpkin spaghetti like pasta with different sauces.
