Microwave cheese pan recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. Rub the cottage cheese.
  2. Break an egg into the grated cottage cheese, add salt, sugar, flour.
  3. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Form the curd cakes and place in a microwave-safe dish.
  5. Put in the microwave. Cook curd cakes in a microwave oven at 800 power for 5-6 minutes.
  6. The cheesecakes are ready.
