Ingredients

  • 1 orange (s), pressed
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon almond syrup or amaretto syrup
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 20 milk bar (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Orange fillet (s) to decorate

Instructions

  1. Prepared with light milk slices, this Italian dessert classic is not only very tasty, this tiramisu is also an eye-catcher.
  2. Squeeze out the juice of the orange. Add 2 tablespoons of the syrup and the pulp of the vanilla pod to the mascarpone. Then stir until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff. Add the sugar to the egg yolks and whip until creamy. Then add the mascarpone mixture, divided into two or three servings, and stir in. Then add the whipped cream and fold in.
  3. Line a work surface with aluminum foil or baking paper and place a baking frame on top. Its optimal size is 18 x 20 cm. Line the baking frame with 10 milk slices, divided into two rows of five. Then drizzle with half of the orange juice. Now distribute half of the mascarpone cream on top and smooth it out. Now lay out a second layer of milk wafers, drizzle with the remaining juice and spread the second half of the cream on top. Then put the prepared tiramisu in a cool place for about two hours.
  4. Then dust the top with cocoa powder and optionally top with orange fillets.
