Ingredients

  • 50 g chocolate (Milka whole milk)
  • 600 g heavy cream
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 ml brandy

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate 3 x 3 seconds on Turbo level. Add 200 ml cream, egg and sugar. Heat to 90 ° C (level: 3) for 9 minutes. After running for 5 minutes, add the remaining cream and brandy.
  2. Pour the liqueur into a hot bottle and store in the refrigerator. The recipe makes about 800 ml.
  3. The liqueur tastes cold and warm. We like it best when it`s well chilled.
