Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 120 g suar
  • 80 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 500 ml cream
  • 250 g chocolate bar (Milky Way)
  • 3 packs cream stabilizer
  • 80 g milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. For the Creme Milky Way, melt the chocolate bar and chocolate over a double boiler. Add the cream. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture into a mixing bowl. Chill overnight. The next day, whip the cold mass with cream stiffener.
  2. For the dough, beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks, water and sugar until frothy. Mix the flour with the cocoa and stir into the egg yolk mixture. Fold in the ice snow with a whisk. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at around 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Cut out 24 rings with a diameter of approx. 6 cm from the baked dough with a round cutter or a water glass.
  4. Place 12 rings in 12 cutters or small cake rings and fill up with the cream. Put some cream aside for garnish. Finish with a second ring. Remove the tartlets from the ring with the help of a wet knife. Finally, use a piping nozzle to distribute the rest of the cream on the tart and, if you like, e.g., decorate with chocolate shavings or chocolate stars.
