Ingredients
Millet groats – 125 g
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sour cream – 50 g
Flour – 35 g + for sprinkling the mold
Sugar – 50 g
Vanilla sugar – 5 g
Butter – 10 g
Salt to taste
Directions
Rinse millet in hot water several times. Pour into a saucepan, pour 250 ml of cold water, and put on fire. When the water boils, add salt, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the millet under the lid for 20 minutes. Cool the prepared millet porridge.
Mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add eggs.
Grind everything with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Add sour cream, stir. Add flour, mix. Then add the cooled millet porridge and mix.
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour, shake off excess.
Put the curd-millet mass into a mold, flatten. Bake the millet and cottage cheese groats in an oven heated to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until light golden brown.
