Millet porridge with milk is a healthy and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Millet – 200 g
  • Milk – 1 l
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. Pour the milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour millet into boiling milk.
  3. Then add salt and sugar.
  4. Cover and cook millet porridge over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add butter to the millet porridge, mix.
  6. Millet porridge with milk is ready.
