Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet flakes
  • 2 cups water
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 1 handful flaked almonds
  • possibly soy yoghurt (yoghurt alternative)
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the millet flakes on top with the water and heat over medium heat until a porridge is formed. Meanwhile, cut or grate the apple. Put the pulp together with the apple pieces in a bowl or bowl. Sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon and eventually sprinkle with almonds again. If you like, you can add yoghurt, mix with the toppings and add sugar to taste.
