Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 500 g round beef
- 2 pointed peppers
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- garlic
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- chili
- 200 ml cream or cremefine
- 200 ml white wine, drier
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Paprika powder
- 200 g Gouda cheese, rated
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste

- Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic, paprika powder and chilli and chill for 30 minutes. Sweat the onions in a little oil and remove them from the pan.
- Fry the minced meat vigorously in the same pan and then deglaze with white wine. Add the onions, cream and broth. Stir in the tomato paste and simmer on a low level for about 20 minutes. Then season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and chilli.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection). In the meantime, dice the pointed peppers and spread them together with the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish.
- Pour the minced meat mixture into the mold and mix everything well. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
