Ingredients

  • 140 g pasta
  • 150 g tartare
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 70 g sheep cheese, liht
  • 50 g cremefine, 7% fat for boilin
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • some rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, instant
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

  1. Do not cook the pasta completely, strain it and place it in a small baking dish.
  2. Fry the tartar, dice the onion and add and season with a little sambal oelek. When everything is browned and done, deglaze with Cremefine and water. Simmer briefly and then add half of the sheep`s cheese and let it melt.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, chives, rosemary, sambal olek, stock powder and sugar. Add everything to the pasta in the baking dish and stir a little. Top with the rest of the sheep`s cheese.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
  5. A great meal for the figure-conscious cheese connoisseur, not as substantial and still tasty. And it`s a big serving to fill you up!
