Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Maple syrup for drizzling on
  • 1 banana (s)
  • some physalis

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt and the egg in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Halve the dough and stir in the cocoa powder in one half.
  2. Bake small pancakes one after the other in a non-stick pan. Stack the mini pancakes, alternately placing a light and dark mini pancake on top of each other. Top with a physalis and a slice of banana. Stick a kebab skewer in each serving.
  3. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy.
